Fabrication

HAT has a fabrication capability in order to service offering customers the benefit of single point sourcing for sub assemblies and finished assemblies.

Our fabrication capability includes:    

• Welding of aluminium assemblies
  
  
• Adhesive bonding
  
  
• Riveting and pressing
  
  
• Fitting

We supply a range of fabricated products including sub assemblies for automotive chassis, rail carriage components, medical equipment architectural structures and furniture amongst others.

Finishing

HAT can supply product in a range of finishes including

• As formed/machined normally in an as hot finished state
  
  
• Anodised. This includes a range of anodising thicknesses depending on application from decorative trim to more demanding application requiring a thick abrasion resistant film
  
  
• Painted . A range of painted finishes are offered including wet painted, electrophorectic and powder coated. Again the choice of finish will depend on the application, colour requirements and volumes, particularly for electrophorectic where the economies require higher quantities
