Forming
The controlled shaping,curving and forming of tube, extrusions and other sections over a wide range of shape and sizes into complex forms for bespoke applications. Processes include stretch forming, Flow forming, 3DSpiral Forming, Radial Forming and 3DRoll Forming.

Machining
A wide range of CNC machining capability including 3/4/and 5 axis milling, turning, milling, blanking etc in most materials.
Specialist capability of 5 axis machining, drilling etc for lengths up to 7 m long X 1 meter wide. |

Fabrication, Finishing and Assembly
An integrated range of services are available including the pre-production and full production of fabrications and sub assemblies in Aluminium including welded and bonded structures as well as fitting.
